Hospital packing for twins

Hey all, I am currently 25w3d with my b/g twins and measuring a steady 12 weeks ahead so 've the beginning. 2 weeks ago they were both measuring at 1 lb 8 oz. I have began my every 2 week appointment schedule and was just curious when I should have my hospital bag packed and ready just in case. I would only have it ready at home or potentially thrown in the trunk in case of emergency, but wondered when everyone packed theirs. I also don't think I am going to put my car seats in until I start weekly appointments. Any advice would be great... or tips on what I would maybe need or definitely leave out. Thanks!
