so confused. so i had my period last month on april 6th. got a smiley on my fertile day april 14th, so does that make me 1 week pregnant like this app is saying since i tested on the 7th of may and i got a BFP ?

You count from the first day of your last period. You are five weeks and five days. When you have your dating scan they can give you a more accurate date. The last period date is only accurate if your cycle is an average length (24-30 days) with ovulation occurring two weeks after start of period. Most people fall into this General window (within a day or two) but some women ovulate later and therefore wouldn't be as far along.
