Yep. Our daughter is 7 months as well. 
Crawling,  standing up in her crib, sitting on her own, says "mama". Eats solid foods like a pro. And we just got done with 14 days of sleep training and she's now sleeping solid 9-11 hours at night, only wake up once to feed and change. And she goes to sleep on her own, put in the crib while awake and smiling at us. 
Time passes by fast indeed
