Ok here's the deal. I just got a job at an after school program, and I'm having a dilemma. We have to create educational activities and lesson plans every day and since im new (only 3 weeks) my only coworker has been making the plans. Well for the past few days she's been taking advantage of me. She's been sending me to the gym or outside with all of the students (30+ some days) when she knows legally we can't have one of us alone with more than 12 at a time. Anyways, yesterday she sent me to the gym with half the students while she did the activity with the other half. The activity was to draw a situation that made you upset or angry. When I came back in, she was allowing these students (1st-2nd grade) to use curse words and drop f bombs everywhere explaining why they're mad. If they had bleeped it out that would be one thing but they had written it everywhere and we're going nuts shouting it all over the place. Now, knowing these kids are 1st-2nd graders, this is a Christian based program, and is technically still school (they're forced to obey school rules) would you tell your boss? This coworker has been here way longer and I don't want to piss her off by tattling.
