When should I workout?
I need your advice. My mom recently had teeth surgery and will be out of for work 3-4 weeks. It will be a week this Friday. My advice from you guys is when should I workout, when I get up or should I set a alarm? I struggle to get up in the morning. But would love to workout since my mom has been taking sick days. I was reading online two different things. It's good to set a alarm and then it's good to workout when you wake up. But I don't wake up till very late since I am a night a owl. So my question is when should I workout? I could always do a home workout by walking or running upstairs or walking around my neighborhood but if I do that I don't want to melt lol.
