I just woke up and threw up all over my kitchen floor. I'm scared to go to school today considering the fact that everyone will be in my business about Ian. Is this normal?

Take a personal day...I've had to do that many many times. Give yourself a little time to heal and regroup before being bombarded by friends with questions.
