Is dizziness a sign of pregnancy?

All day today i have been feeling dizzy and if i look at the ground it gets even worse! I have also had some cramping so im hoping that it is a sign of pregancy haha im 6dpo.

It can be. I had a dizzy spell with my first pregnancy at 9dpo it was my very first symptom. I read that if you are getting them it means you need to up your water intake.
