Please help

Ladies help me I'm going out of my mind,,

Pcos and endo. Struggling to ovulate.

On third month of letrozole, ovulated perfectly on first cycle with trigger, last month no trigger and also no ovulation due to RE being out of town..

And it seems like I'm heading for another unovulation this month as RE isn't available again this month and won't let me trigger because no follicle scan was done due to his absence..

I can feel my ovaries are sore (telling me.I do have eggies) but I feel my eggs will collapse if I don't get this ovulation going, I'm on cd14 already and have very negative opks,

What can I do to trigger this eggies on my own? I desperately dont want to waste another cycle due to my doctor treating me as just another number. Another doc isn't an option as he is the only fertility specialist in my area
