any home remedies or tricks?

For the last week I've been suffering from headaches I'm still in my first trimester. I know I can take Tylenol, but I don't want to take it unless I'm running a fever or dying lol. Any other moms going through this? What did you do to relieve it? Thanks!!

Caffeine helps.  I get bad migraines when pregnant and a Coke and Tylenol are all that help.

I've had a few mild headaches so far... I used ice or cold rags on my head and neck. Also took a nice hot shower. Laying in bed with all lights off no tv no phone seemed to help. Getting a good night's sleep and enough water helps. Also tell your hubby to give you a neck massage!

Warm rag on your head and a nap? When possible, that's my go to!
