mother's intuition.... twins or gender?

Okay so I always hear that mom's have intuition to know the gender of their baby or if they're having twins.

My intuition sucks 😂 I swore all three kids were girls, they were all boys. Now I'm literally thinking and dreaming about twin babies. I do have twins and triplets in my family but it's been like 2-3 generations since some have been born. So I don't feel like I'd be lucky enough for twins (although I wish!) I go Thursday and am having an ultrasound so ultimately I'll find out then if there is one baby or two 😝

But did anyone else have strong feelings it's twins or what not, and you were right? I had a faint pos at 12 DPO, which was the first time I've gotten a positive before my missed period 🤷🏼‍♀️ I joked with my husband there are twins in there too.

Thanks ladies :) my gender intuition is crap so 😂 ultrasound is Thursday so that will answer the 1 or 2 baby question. Im sure it's only one, but a huge part of me is hoping for two :) guess we will see. Healthy is what I'm aiming for, we had a preemie & nicu experience with #3 and I don't want to go through that again 😩

With my first I knew I was having a boy. I dont know how it was just never a question. With this pregnancy I really hoped for a girl but never "knew". I got my girl(:

I'm having identical twins, I had 2 dreams about going to scan appointments and finding out they were twins. 12 week scan showed twins😊 I knew they were boys I had such a strong feeling and they were maybe just coincidence I don't know?😂

I thought I was having a girl and I had a boy lol I def knew I was not having twins though. Maybe this time since you've had babies you can tell if you have two in there? Lol maybe not idk my intuition sucks too

I knew my second was twins thought girl only one made it and shes a girl. Knew my first was a boy this one i keep thinking boy but were not finding out

With my first, the moment I found out I was pregnant I knew she was a girl. This time I didn't have quite as strong of a feeling, but I did feel like he was a boy, and he is!

Lol I could've swore I was gonna have a boy - nope she's a girl! Guess there's just a 50/50 chance of someone's intuition being right lol
I had dark positives at 12dpo - that's not a good indicator of twins or not~

I'm not really sure how mothers can intuitively know the gender. I certainly had no idea. When I told my family and friends it was a boy I had some people saying they "knew" it would be. I sure didn't!
