what to do!!! I

I'm 8weeks 3days according to the app and I can say I've had all the symptoms. I used to be a foodie but now I hate all the food advert on Tv. My main problem now is water, I used to drink a lot then I started putting drops of apple cider vinegar cos it tasted better and bearable (lol I don't know why) but as at today I realise I can't drink it anymore, started throwing up!!! 
How come I outgrow everything I crave??
