Tums, Zantac and gaviscon didn't work for me. I take magnesia milk, it's amazing!

Papaya enzyme supplement is great! Tums can work but be warned lol that they constipate.
Milk and other dairy makes you produce more acid causing a vicious and painful cycle.
Eating small healthy meals of protein and complex carbs every 2 to 3 hours helps and don't lay down after eating....wait a couple hours.
