how do you feed a baby in the car..?

If your on the road and breastfeed and baby starts crying hungry how do you feed them..? Do you just wait...? Cause going to the beach ( 8 hours away ) you can't wait. So idk.

I would stop even with a bottle. I've heard of so many babies choking like that plus you need to burp them otherwise their tummies get upset.

We'd usually just use the need to feed baby as an excuse to stop for gas and bathrooms, you probably want to change the diaper too a few times in that 8 hours. What would normally have been a 20hr drive turned into 24-26 because all the extra stops made us hit traffic we usually avoided and we were caught off guard. Just keep that in mind.

I do recall once that kiddo was just not having waiting until the next exit and I leaned over their car seat enough to get the closest boob on their mouth, not the safest decision I've made, but I was sleep deprived and desperate and the exit was only a mile or so down the road.
