personally, I would have to talk to a pediatrician and get the okay and find out why this position is better than flat on the back before I would  use it.  this might be recommended for babies with reflux or other medical problems, but I'd need some professional opinions before I'd sleep with two eyes closed with that one.

I didn't use this exact product but my son had to slee in a similar position. No medical issues, he simply hated laying flat on his back. That's something I wodidn't buy until your LO is here because he or she may not need it
