Moms w babies in daycare - do you let your LOs sleep in on the weekends?

I wake my daughter (6 months) up during the week for daycare, and I'm wondering if I should keep her on the same schedule on weekends and wake her up or just let her sleep in?

We wake our 2 month old up because as much as I hate it the daycare has her on a very strict schedule. If we don't follow the schedule on the weekends she gets very confused and her normal nap times will get all messed up and she won't nap. Then she gets really cranky and fussy and overtired. When she gets overtired she doesn't sleep well at night. Right now she only gets up once at night to eat after going to bed at 8 pm so we want to keep it that way lol

I let him sleep in like 20 minutes (if he is asleep). I try to keep him on the same schedule as much as I can, it's just easier for us.
