Vegas when pregnant?

Any thoughts on whether this is a good idea? Thinking of going for our last holiday when I will be 5-6 months pregnant. Any ideas for good hotels with pools that you can sunbathe and relax by?!

Mandalay Bay easily has the best pools! I felt like I was in Mexico and not Vegas. If you want to walk the strip be sure and take the trams, they will save your life!

That sounds fun! Just be careful with the casinos. Everyone smokes inside. 
We went when I was about 5months and only stayed one day since they had so much smoking in the hotel and everywhere. And I got super sick after. But if you decide on what hotel I would call early and make sure you get a non smoking room. They sold ours after we made reservations so we had to pay extra to get a better suite ( which was super nice.)

I actually live in Vegas lol. The weather isn't so bad right now BUT it's going to get so hot so soon. In my opinion Bellagio or Mandalay Bay from my experience are the nicest and best service.
