I'm the person who thinks you should never throw your own shower, sprinkle or not. So if someone else throws it, it doesn't really matter.

If your last baby was 10 years ago and/or this baby is a girl and you have all boys, etc. I think it's perfectly appropriate and doubt anyone will be judgmental

I literally wouldn't care if it was my friends 10th child, I'd still be happy to go to a shower or sprinkle for them.
