Chances I conceived?!

So the day before yesterday I had sex. Yesterday I did not, but glow said I ovulated. Today I had sex again. Is there any possibility I conceived? It was completely unprotected. I've been having some discharge which I'm assuming is ovulation discharge. Please let me know. I'm new at this TTC thing so any advice helps. Thank you! :)

You could have conceived but also if you are only using Glow to determine when you ovulate then you might be timing sex wrong. Are you using anything else like temping or opk's? Glow is just guessing based on "average" women. It needs more information to be more accurate.
