I'm not pregnant right ?

Question

I was three days late which I'm never am and had the worst cramps for two days  ! AF only lasted 4 days which my period is always 5-6 days . My boobs are not sore anymore but I still have backaches, headaches, light cramping/pressure, I'm light headed and my appetite is everywhere, I'll be hungry and once I start eating I don't feel like eating anymore. Spotting lightly brown blood but just saw a dot of red blood . Another weird thing is I'm VERY bloated which I'm never this bloated.

I took a test the day my AF came and it was a BFN.  So I'm definitely not pregnant right ??

I'll take another test tm. I'm just confused why I feel this way.

Just take a test to be sure I had similar symptoms and I also bled for 4 days, ive actually just read one of myold  posts on here asking for advice and I was pregnant she is now 6 months old :)

If you had a period AND a negative pregnancy test, you're not pregnant.
