ughhhh help me?

Ok so I don't know what to really make of this but today I have been so stressed out my anxiety was bad and iv been made at my SO for personal reasons. But when the day was over around like 9 I just started crying and I couldn't stop I was constantly crying for almost 2 hours. I have never experienced something to where I can't stop crying like that. I got the depo shot about a month ago after getting a d&c. We had a little accident before the shot was effective and have been feeling symtoms but idk if it's the shot or possibly that but does anyone have an idea as to why I might have done this?
