Guys PLEASE HELP PLEASE!! *TMI**

I am TERRIFIED right now because I'm scared that I might be pregnant but the thing is I'm on birth control! I'm 18, and I'm on the combination pill. I started 3 weeks ago and used the first day method which means I began on the first day of my period. I was told that using this method means you're protected right away. So I had unprotected sex 5 days later which would be the 6th day of the pill. Then I had unprotected sex again last Thursday and this past Saturday. He came in me all times. I've been taking the pill faithfully, and haven't missed any days. Yesterday I felt nauseated and a little dizzy and had no appetite. Now today when I woke up I found this discharge in my underwear and I almost completely freaked out because it looked just like the early pregnancy discharge and I just wanna know if it could possible be that, or if it's normal while on the pill, or if it's an infection. The texture is somewhat thick, very smooth and creamy; not really like egg white but like lotion. The color is whitish/yellowish. And it kinda has a fishy odor.
