Should I ring my midwife if I have bad diarrhoea and stomach pains?

I'm 33 weeks been ill for about 12 hours now was just wondering if i need to mention it?

Diarrhea isn't a sign of preeclampsia. You likely have a gastrointestinal virus or bacterial infection. Drink plenty of water and eat the BRAT diet. Call your ob only if you have contractions and aren't hydrated

TMI but I've got on and off diarrhea since about 33 weeks. Midwife says it's normal late in pregnancy. If it lasts longer than 48-72 hours, you feel really dehydrated or start having contractions then reach out to your doctor.

I had diarrhea and vomiting for about an entire day, then regular contractions started. I was finally able to get some sleep and awoke with a super swollen face and hands. Went in to the dr to hopefully hmget an answer to what was going on, my ob was out of the office that day so I had to see a new ob. She told me I just had a stomach virus and to go home and rest. 
I had birth class later that night 3 of 4 classes, was having consistent contractions again during class, thankfully the L&D nurses teach the class...they said to relax for one hour and if contractions don't stop, to come back in for observation. 
Needless to say that I was admitted within an hour and didn't leave until my sweet baby was born at 36w...my body was naturally prepping for an early delivery

Thanks everyone I called her and she just said to stay hydrated and to call again if baby's movements reduce or if it still persists after 48 hours x

I would. It could be a sign of preeclampsia or it could be a little stomach bug. I would rather be safe than sorry.
