Daycare second nap and not filling out chart

My son always gets a second nap on the weekends. He needs that second nap. He is almost 8 months.

He wakes at 6 am. Naps at 9-930 for two hours. Back to sleep at 2pm for an hour.

His daycare asks for his nap times. I always write 9 and 2.

I understand they have a lot of babies to watch but holy cheap this boy gets confused when he doesn't get a second nap and bedtime rolls around. For example, Last Wednesday he didnt get his 2 nap. He fell asleep at 8 woke up at 10pm ready yo party until 1230 am lol.

His daycare still isn't filling out his chart. He is only almost 8 months. One young teacher does it all yhe time. I love her. Another teacher...she is older and you can tell she gets easily overwhelmed. She doesn't fill put his chart. I have to ask how much he ate if he had a nap. Etc. I'm going to talk yo the director there about it.

I love taking him there but I need to know how much he atebduring the day , if hebpooped and if he napped. We even keep it charted at home.

Just a rant. Blahhh
