HELP ! can you answer my questions?

Hi everyone I am currently 11DPO/CD23 If I think I ovulated when I did..? I have diagnosed with PCOS so a lot of cycles I don't. I started spotting on 7DPO-9DPO on and off. Today is 11DPO but last night I had clots and more like a period today. I am confused because I don't know if this is my period early (which would mean I only had a 20 day cycle) or maybe very early miscarriage ? nothing I'm just crazy? but now I have no idea how to start tracking my cycle again . I was given the go ahead to try Clomid next month but can't do that if I don't know what day I'm on. I am afraid I'll look stupid If I can the OBGYN office so any comments to put me at ease etc.
