I am 36 weeks pregnant with my first (and LAST). I ALWAYS have this sensation of a lump in my throat!!!!!!! I read online it's a form of acid reflux and indigestion. Does this happen to anyone else??? What helps if so

Eat smaller amounts at a time. Stay upright 2 hours after eating. All healthy whole foods only.
Probiotics. Drink water before or after meals not during.

I had it a few times instead of the burning sensation. The lump feeling went away when I took tums.
