Honestly I would kill to have small boobs. I'm a 38J and everything about it sucks. They hurt my back, clothes never fit right, bras are insanely expensive and hard to find.

I'm a 32B and love them. Small, perky and not too much cleavage, I wear quite boyish clothes sometimes so it works for me.

I'm a 32b and after 3 kids I'm still a 32b and my boobs still look the same from before I had kids. I'm happy with small boobs because I know they won't be all saggy.

They're pretty average in my opinion. Mine are 32 c (32 b before getting pregnant) but the growing more or not depends on how old you are.
