How accurate do you think Doctors are when feeling for dilation?

Some of it is subjective. 
My OB today said I was "barely a 1", the past 2 OBs I've seen for the past 2 weeks said I was 1cm/stretchy 1.

Today's OB pissed me off - like dude, can you not even try to be encouraging?! I'm a hormonal pregnant lady waiting for labor to start!

At the end of the day... dilation isn't a crystal ball and before 4cm or so... it doesn't indicate labor starting. A friend of mine walked around for weeks at 3cm.

My doctor today said 1.95 cm, why not just say 2? Seriously
