CD 38....I'm so worried advice please

CD 38...been having pretty regular periods since about a year ago after birth July 2015. AF was due on May 15...still nothing every test I have taken has been bfn. Spotted slightly on the 14. Just one wipe nothing else. Could I have ovulated late??? So confused....please help
