Question about medicine?

This may or may not be the correct place to ask but I'm trying anyways.. I've asked the other groups and nothing.

Had a Dr appt today. I failed my ovulation test.. I do not ovulate correctly. 😓 (Also this month was a waste and I'm not pregnant) My doctor put me on Medroxyprogesterone to help me get a period and ovulate and ttc. I'm lost for words it has come to this for me.. I need advice on this medicine please. Anybody personally take it and get pregnant? What if it doesn't work, what's the possible next step..? 😕😕
