soreness down there!

Does anyone else have soreness/redness/itchiness(which leads to further soreness?!!!! HELP!!!! Nothing seems to work😢😢😢 actually not at d vagina but at the top of the clitoris hood/the beginning part of the area. I am tired! I stopped wearing panties cos it causes friction which makes it worse but the itchiness persists!!!!! I would appreciate any helpful advise. Thank u ma ladies😘😘
