Skin help!!! 🙄

I need to find a new face wash! I have never had an issue with my face being dry and flaky. I've always had pimples and blackheads. With that being said what is the best face wash that will actually work! My skin type is definitely a combination or oily and dry. I also wanna know what the best cleansing brush is because I wanna start using one! Thank you for your help in advance!
