I keep getting sent home! 😤

I'm 38 weeks exactly today with baby #1! 👶🏻💕
 
Yesterday: I called the doctor due to decreased fetal movement. I went to the doctors office and was hooked up to have a NST, had an ultrasound, and a cervical exam. Fluids around the baby were on the low end and her heart rate patterns were fluctuating so they sent me to L&D for a prolonged NST and an IV. I was hoping to stay to deliver but they sent me home. Only 1/2 cm dilated. 
 
Today: Still haven't felt much of baby's movements and I lost my mucus plug. I called the doctor again who had me come in for an ultrasound. Baby's movements were fine and she measured at 6 lb 4 oz. They sent me home. 
 
I'm super exhausted beyond anything I've felt since trimester 1 and I want them to just tell me to go have this baby! 
 
What can I do to get things moving?! Due to 2 cervical exams yesterday (yes, 2 😑) sex isn't really an option. I'm so tired that walking seems like an impossible task. 😫
