appendicitis symtoms, I am quite worried

I have pain in my right side. When I lie down flat on my back I can feel a firmness just next to me hip and when I push on it is a sharp pain. Just now I have pain when I urinated. I have noticed this for a while, but thought it could possibly be an ovarian cyst as my periods have changed up a bit lately. Also, I have pain in my hip sometimes and my right lower abdomen hurts when I walk sometimes aswell. Thanks for any comments, have a lovely day 🙂
