Nausea medicine

Ashley

Hey guys I just have some questions and wanted some other opinions. I was put on b6 every 6 hours and the pharmacist told me to get a generic vitamin so I wouldn't pay a pharmacy rate. They gave me it in 100mg form and my legs started falling asleep and I read up that too much can cause nerve damage...great. Well it didn't help my nausea so I switched to half a unisom at night with me 100mg b6 and it helped for the most part. I wanted my nausea gone completely because I've been so sick and barely eating. So I got put on this other medicine which made me puke. Now they try diclegis which I was originally supposed to be on but my insurance won't cover it. Now they want me to take zofran and my family doctor didn't want me to take it because she said it was thought to cause birth defects. It's at the pharmacy for me to pick up but idk if I should even go get it. I've read where people had normal babies and some where the babies had heart and kidney failure and were born stillborn. I just want some input on this. I don't want to harm my child and if I have to be nauseous and take b6 and unisom then I'll suck it up. Also will my doctor know I didn't pick up the prescription?

Sorry that was long but thanks for any input.
