I'm 18 weeks and having random pains near my belly button... is this normal?

Yes I had this when I was around 18 weeks and went to the doctor to ease my mind. He said it was just down to my uterus stretching and pulling around my belly button. Perfectly normal but if you're really concerned there is no harm in seeing your doctor just to stop you worrying 😊
