I'm extremely dizzy, light headed and have a massive headache... I'm 18 weeks. I have no energy.

Sounds like you're having an episode of very low blood pressure! This has happened to me several times in my second trimester. Lots and LOTS of water, salty snacks (for water retention), and rest/prop up your feet. I'd still call your doctor! Feel better, mama!
