Blood pressure borderline high?

Almost 30 weeks pregnant. I went to the doctor May 5th and my BP was 110/70 , a week later I had my BP checked elsewhere and it was 124/70, today I went to the Dr again for my check up every two weeks and it was 140/80 . I'm now borderline High BP. I actually didn't have ANYTHING to eat before hand bc I had my glucose test today. I wasn't nervous either. My Dr didn't say anything about it being close to high but I started comparing after my appointment and noticed how much it changed. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Yes been there done that with the first mine was hugher than that. It calls foramy days in hospital n possibly stopping work earlier. It can lead to preclamsia they will be monitoring you now. It usually calls for you to watch out for signs of it going higher like the stars n feeling real off I could tell when mine would spike I used to take myself to the hospital you need blood test urine test n to have your pressure checked every half hour until it starts to go down n you get results from urine they look for protein in the urine thats how they can see  if its preclamsia.  You may need to be on medication I wasnt till like the last week of pregnancy ti bring down blood pressure. As long as there is no protein in the urine you are fine just need to be monitored closely. Just take it as it comes n be prepared for day stays n hospital n possible night stays. I had a bag packed at all times for me n bubs just incase it turned to preclamsia as they need to get bubs out asap really can cause life threatening issues for you n bubs if not caught early enough. I always had a book jn the car if I took myself in. Dont be scared about it theres not much you can do oh n the otjer thing they will tell you to rest as much as possible n may even put you on bed rest
