Bruised from Bloodwork

Did anybody else get this on their arms from bloodwork. During my last pregnancy I had gestational diabetis so my blood was drawn so often but i didnt think i would have gotten marks from it. I look like a drug addict with needle hole marks. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it ???

Please help.
