Question about after sleep

My little girl some times hangs out in her crib after her naps and first thing in the morning. She doesn't cry or even let us know she's awake for a while. I check her camera and low and behold she's playing with her blanket and teddy bears or just standing around looking at her room. So my question is would you let your little one hang out or do you get them up asap? Thanks.
