Dreamt of a +test

I'm no longer ttc as I have a very irregular cycle and it was stressful. But last cycle was 50+days so I decided to test as a precaution. Then I got a 2 day period after testing. Anyway now 3 weeks later. I just had a very realistic dream that my boyfriend had me test and it was positive. I just can't shake it. I feel like it means I should test. Anyone else have that kind of dream and you really were pregnant?
