Yeast Infection a Sign of Early Pregnancy??

My husband and I have been TTC for 17 months. I just started Ovulating naturally about 3 months ago. I have never in my life ever had a yeast Infection and now I do 6 DPO pregnancy test is negative. Don't want to get my hopes up but has anyone else had this be their first sign of pregnancy?

I currently have one randomly. I ovulated on Valentine’s Day. (Great day) 
I’m due for my period. I really hope I am pregnant and it’s a sign.
