Hey girls! So this is my first pregnancy, I get super dehydrated easily and the doctor told me to drink Gatorade bc I couldn't hold water down without vomiting, what do i do if I can't even hold down Gatorade?!?! My throat and tounge is dry, my gyno didn't prescribe me nausea medicine because she said it's to early bc I'm 7wks 4days what should i do?!?!

Try popsicles or pedialyte. There are other drinks that you can do to like those body armor ones you can get from the gas station. Sorry you are so sick. Good luck!

You should be able to take anti nausea! At my first appointment at 6 weeks I got prescribed anti nausea, id call the Drs office again

I took nausea medicine at 6 weeks up until now still. They prescribed me doxylamine with vitamin B6 together and it had helped tremendously after a few weeks of taking. Also, if you're at a point where you can't keep anything down, dehydrated and getting headaches go straight to the hospital for some IV fluids. That happened to me twice and the fluids through the IV was the only thing that helped me get back on track. Good luck!

There is adult Pedialite, if nothing works go to ER,  they will hydrate you and monitor you

I took zofran from 6 weeks until 18 weeks. Baby is healthy. I couldn't get through the day without it. Constantly nauseous and throwing up multiple times a day.
