YouTuber Luo Dong, sexual predator or spiritual massage therapist?

Have any of you heard of the YouTuber Luo Dong? (Search "Luo Dong street massage" on YouTube if not). He gives free massages to men and women in New York. He claims be a spirtual healer but a lot of people disagree that he's just a pervert tricking women because he massages their breasts and groin. What do you think? 
Here's a screenshot of one of his controversial massages. He's apparently using his breath to warm the area before massage.

Spiritual healing doesn't even include laying a finger on the client. It's Reiki. You basically hover your hands above the client and transfer energy to and from their body. It's already heat related in that the problem areas tend to give off more heat, hence negative energy. You do not need to blow hot air from your mouth into the client lol that's totally inappropriate and honestly a violation of their space. It goes against the entire point of spiritual healing.

Uhm any actual masseuse knows you need to be grounded when giving a massage "spiritual" or not... so having them lay on the ground like that... nope. He can't properly position himself for the negative energy to release thru him. Also, massaging their private parts, what's that gonna do? We're past the days of doctors using vibrators to cure hysteria, this seems about the same to me. And haha I doubt spiritual energy is pooled in a woman's breasts and groin, clearly he hasn't studied the chakras and how to release the negative energy there. What a kook. I wouldn't let him and his creepy ass anywhere near me.
