Suddenly sick?!

I worry myself over everything. I was just laying down and I started feeling pretty dizzy, my stomach killed me, I tried to go to the bathroom and couldn't. I got in the shower and could barely stand up, then I felt an intense urge to shit and I have been having the shits like I just took a laxative... It sounds funny, but I'm kind of worried. I als have chills, no fever. Has anyone else had this happen?
