lower back pains!!

Any one else experience really bad lower back pain that come an go they last about 30-40 seconds an about 7 mins apart... cant sleep cause they keep coming an it's such a tight uncomfortable feeling.. seriously makes me wanna cry.. I don't think I can handle this pain for two more weeks..😭
