So my last period was April 4th I had a belly ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound on April 19 ( my period before than was In January) and they wanted to rule out PCOS. Well on that ultrasound the tech was able to see an egg being released from my left ovary..all I saw was a dark spot. Well it's was confirmed a few weeks later I was pregnant and had my first ultrasound on May 25. The baby measured 6 weeks 4 days which was before my initial ultrasound to rule out PCOS and the tech was thinking out loud as to why they didn't see it last time. Could it be possible that the dark spot they saw was the fertilized egg traveling to the uterus? I tried asking but neither the doctor or tech would deny or confirm.
