tightening all day just stopped

I have had tightening all day fell sleep for little bit was still having them when woke up been to the toilet more then normal but now head ache and feel exhausted any body else had this at 24 weeks ?

I lay down they take my breath away even more some are with pain some are not back ache to lower back going to have hot shower see what that does I suffer from spd to I just don't want to seem silly going get checked of braxton hicks but had these all day since bout ten this morning I'm in the uk it's not half passed eight at night thank you for advice ladies

sounds like BH. I have these almost all day every day now, and the only thing that relaxes my stomach is laying on my left side. Hope it helps! :)

They have started back up now coming and going if gets any worse I will be ringing for some advice as I'm high risk pregnancy to

Awhile to check to make sure they were preterm contractions as I am also high risk. Mine weren't (although and now in the hospital for other reasons) but I've heard of woman thinking they are just BH and have them be actual contractions. So put your mind and ease and get them checked :)

The staff up on any L&D; I've ever had to go to are always very wonderful and would rather you come in early if you're unsure than wait in case it is actual preterm contractions. I started getter BH out of nowhere last week and was getting over 8 in an hour. I went in and they hooked me up for

Drink way more water hun....lay down or take a warm bath....then time them. More than 4 in an hour or if they last 60+ seconds call your ob

If it is not painful, and just pressure/tightening that sounds like normal Braxton hicks. I have them all the time.

Was the tightening stopping and then restarting? Like belly would clench up for a minute or two and then relax and then clench up again?  If so sounds like braxton hicks.
