Breast sore and hurting, makes me cry
Ladies!!
I am in extreme pain right now with my breasts hurting like hell. I went swimming and it was a little chilly. I was in water for about 20 minutes but I wore sports bra and now my breasts are hurting a lot. Please tell me if there's something I did wrong and what I can do to stop this pain.
