S/O the only thing on your mind?

Today of all days, I cant stop thinking about my S/O. They are always on my mind to the point where I cant really do anything else. I should be doing chores and taking a test but i cant because thats just how much they are on my mind. Its not even sexually, its just not being able to be with them thats killing me or something....any advise or help to be given?

Is there a specific reason or is this a frequent thing. I think you should try to keep busy, maybe a hobby.

No and if you think about your significant other all the time it sounds like you're obsessed and need help. It's very strange if they're the only thing on your mind
