My advice is using a lot of lubricant , stay relaxed down there don't tense up , make sure he goes slow at first. If he gets to the point of finishing inside you have him pull out slowly as well . It shouldn't hurt if you prepare correctly. Just make sure you use plenty of lube and start with something smaller than him (finger or a toy) to warm up. Maybe even try it in a position where you can set the pace. It might get help you to relax if you're in control
